Over the past 12 months we have been achieving a collection of my published articles to form the foundations for Dining New Asia. Now we are pleased to launch it as an online publication.
In our launch issue we look at four restaurants with young talented chefs who are driven by their passion for their culinary art. Three are based Bangkok; di Vino with Chef Roberto Ferin; 39 Reynard with Chef Nicolas Reynard and 99 Rest Backyard Café with celebrity Chef Ian Kittichai. While in Singapore we visit Nicolas le Restaurant where Chef Nicolas Joanny is cooking up a storm.
In our wine section from France we look at the beauty of Burgundy and the rebels of Languedoc; while from Spain the focus is the bio-dynamic wines of Telmo Rodqiuez and; the diverse regions where the Torres Family are making their wines.
Final in our gastro tourism we explore the Khao Yai Wine District of Thailand and enjoy a trip in a hot air balloon over the Hua Hin Hills vineyard
